- Payment: A deposit equal to one night (or 50% for stays
of only one night) is requested. Personal checks accepted. No credit
cards at present.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 30
days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, except
on major weekends at Middlebury College, in which case a refund will
be made only if the space is refilled.
- Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children welcome.
- Breakfast: Full.

- Special Events at Inn: Our refurbished barn is now
available for wedding receptions, etc. for about 75 guests.

space for lawn games, fishing, and golf nearby. Swimming or boating
at area lakes.
- Attractions & Special Events: Lake Dunmore (12
miles), Lake Champlain (15 miles), local museums (5 to 10 minutes),
nationally-known museum in Shelburne, 4 covered bridges nearby,
events at Middlebury College, and craft centers in Middlebury and
elsewhere.

- Directions: From U.S. Route 7 (North or South):
Follow signs for Route 30 in the center of Middlebury. At the
Municipal Building, go straight on Route 30, past Middlebury College
athletic fields, to Cornwall. Continue on Route 30 through Cornwall;
the Willow and Lotus is 1.2 miles south of the center of Cornwall on
the right side of Route 30, 700 feet beyond Clark Road.
From U.S. Route 4 (East or West): Turn north on
Route 30 (Middlebury exit) and continue through the town of Whiting.
The Willow and Lotus is just 5.4 miles north of the crossroad and
Post Office in the center of Whiting. Coming from the south, we are
on the left side of the Route 30.
