Bed and Breakfast

• Accommodations: 2 rooms with private/shared bath (1 with queen bed and 1 with twin beds).
• Rates: $85.00 to $145.00 per night, depending on season. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

• Payment: Deposit for one night stay is required at the time of booking. Payable with personal check. Credit cards are not accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Fourteen day cancellation policy. Deposit will be refunded less $25.00 administrative fee. Less than 14 days, guest is responsible for all nights of reservation for which we cannot resell the room.
• Restrictions: No pets. Smoke-free environment. Not suitable for children.
• Breakfast: Healthy, generous continental breakfast.
• Lunch and/or Dinner: Afternoon beverages and pastry.
• Recreation & Activities: Alpine and Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, boating, fishing, tennis and golf nearby. Inn is located in the heart of the Champlain Valley and a 1,300+ mile network of bicycle routes known as the Champlain Bikeways. The innkeeper, a bike tour leader, can provide self-guided tours along with accurate maps, augmented by written narrative directions and step-by-step cue sheets. • Directions: From Burlington International Airport: From terminal, take a left onto Airport Drive for a half-mile to Williston Road. Turn left and go 1.7 miles to Industrial Avenue (first set of lights). Turn left for 1.5 miles to the next light. Turn left again onto Route 2A north for 1.0 miles. Go left on Cascade Street for .6 miles. Take a left on Giles Street for .1 mile. Turn right on Ketcham Drive (#10 is the first home on the left).
  From Burlington: Take I-89 south to Exit 12 - toward US-2 / Williston / Essex Junction 0.2 miles. Turn left at the end of ramp onto St. George Rd/ VT-2A. Continue to follow VT-2A for 3 miles. Turn left onto Cascade Street - .6 miles. Turn left onto Giles Street for .1 mile. Turn right onto Ketcham Drive (#10 is the first home on the left).
  From Hartford, CT / Springfield, MA: Rte 91 north to Rte 89 north (White River Junction area). Take I-89 north to Exit 12 - toward US-2 / Williston / Essex Junction 0.2 miles. Turn right at the end of ramp onto St. George Rd/VT-2A. Continue to follow VT-2A for 3 miles. Turn left onto Cascade Street - .6 miles. Turn left onto Giles Street for .1 mile.   From the South - Boston, MA / Concord, NH: Take I-93 north to I-89 north through New Hampshire. Take Exit 12 Vermont toward US-2 / Williston / Essex Junction 0.2 miles. Turn right at the end of ramp onto St. George Rd/VT-2A. Continue to follow VT-2A for 3 miles. Turn left onto Cascade Street - .6 miles. Turn left onto Giles Street for .1 mile. Turn right onto Ketcham Drive (#10 is the first home on the left).
  From the South - New York City: Take I-87 north to Exit 28, Rte. 74. Turn right, 18.5 miles to Routes 9N and 22. Turn left (Ticonderoga). After driving 18.5 miles through Crown Point, turn right at sign for "Champlain Bridge to Vermont." Cross the bridge, and bear left onto Rte. 17, 6 miles to 22A. Turn left, and after 6 miles through Vergennes, turn left onto Rte. 7 North. Refer to Rte. 7 directions below from this point on.
  From Route 7: Follow Rte 7 north on Shelburne Road / US-7N / Ethan Allen Hwy. Merge onto I-189 north 1.3 miles. Merge onto I-89 south toward Williston / Montpelier. Take Exit 12 - toward US-2 / Williston / Essex Junction 0.2 miles. Turn left onto St. George Rd/VT-2A. Continue to follow VT-2A for 3 miles. Turn left onto Cascade Street - .6 miles. Turn left onto Giles Street for .1 mile. Turn right onto Ketcham Drive (#10 is the first home on the left).
  From the North - Montreal: Take I-89 south to Exit 12 - toward US-2 / Williston / Essex Junction 0.2 miles. Turn left onto St. George Rd/VT-2A. Continue to follow VT-2A for 3 miles.
