Bed and Breakfast

• Accommodations: 4 rooms, each with private bath, or a bath can be shared with one other room. Living room has large fireplace.
• Rates: Double $90.00 with shared bathroom or $100.00 with private bathroom, single $80.00 with shared bathroom or $90.00 with private bathroom. Additional $10.00 for extra person in room. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

• Payment: A $25.00 deposit is required. Checks, traveler's cheques, and cash accepted for payment. Sorry, no credit cards.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 1 week prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Children are accepted in certain rooms. Pets accepted with restrictions and prior arrangement for a $10.00 fee (2 large dog in premises).
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served in the dining room.
• Special Events: Weddings and receptions.
• Recreation & Activities: Hiking, downhill and cross-country skiing, golf, and swimming are all nearby. Also nearby for fishing is Lake Champlain as well as, many rivers, streams, and small lakes (trout in Winooski and Lamoille Rivers). Homeplace has its own hiking trails and swimming pond on property. Downhill skiing at Smuggler's Notch, Stowe, Sugar Bush, and Bolton. Cross-country skiing at Smuggler's Notch, Catamount in Willison, and Trapp's in Stowe.
• Attractions & Special Events: Shelburne Museum, University of Vermont, Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory, Lake Champlain, Mount Mansfield/Stowe area, and many craft shows.

• Directions: Take Exit 12 off I-89 and head into Essex Junction on Route 2A (2.5 miles). At the Five Corners, bear right onto Route 15; drive 6.6 miles into Jericho. Cross the bridge and bear left up the hill. At the top you will drive between two churches and past a yellow "Children Crossing" sign; opposite the "35 m.p.h." sign turn left onto Old Pump Road. (Don't drive on between the post office and the school.) A full mile down Old Pump Road, turn right opposite the Huessy mailboxes and you're on the B&B's driveway. Drive straight on for 1/2 mile -- don't turn right at the fork -- and you'll be at Homeplace.
