• Check-in: after 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: A one-night refundable deposit is required. Visa, MasterCard, Travelers Checks, personal checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received at least 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive refund of deposit less 10% cancellation fee.
• Restrictions: Children age 10 and older are welcome. No pets. No smoking indoors.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast breakfast served from 8:30 to 9:30 and coffee is available at 7:30. Afternoon tea is also served including scones and raspberry jam. Your hosts are happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements.
• Recreation & Activities: Strong music and arts focus, galleries, music series, local play houses, book hunting, antiquing, boating of all types, fishing, hunting, hiking, tennis, skiing, and an occasional croquet match.
• Attractions & Special Events: Three Rivers Gallery, Hunter-Studio, Front Porch Theater Company, Saxtons River Playhouse, Our Town Rockingham Arts and Museum Project (RAMP), Flying Under Radar, Burdick's Chocolate, Grafton Cheese Company, Green Mountain Flyer, Adams Grist Mill, Rockingham Free Public Library, Rockingham Meeting House, Rockingham 250th Celebration, Great Falls Regional Chamber of Commerce, Village Square Booksellers, and The Grand Tour of Prince Pierre.
• Directions: From I-91 south heading north: Take exit five. At end of ramp, make a right-hand turn onto access road. At Route 5 intersection, turn left towards Bellows Falls. At the traffic light, bear to the right yield onto Westminster Street. Take the first left, Hapgood Street, we are the first house. You can't miss it, we're behind a big hedge and have a gargoyle on the roof! Use the main entrance on Hapgood Street where the decorative flag is flying.
  From I-91 North heading south: Take exit 6. At the end of the ramp, make a right hand turn on US Route 5 heading to Bellows Falls. As you hit the village, watch for the fork in the road where Route 5 continues and bear right, the street will be called Atkinson Street. Head south until the stop light. Hapgood Street is the third left after the stoplight. We are the last house on the left, behind the large hedge. Use the main entrance on Hapgood Street where the decorative flag is flying and we will give you parking directions.
