- Accommodations: 5 rooms, each with
private bath, 6 suites, and 4 cabins with private baths.
- Loft & Lilac Suites: Each suite
offers a queen-size bed, private bath, sitting room, kitchenette,
and private entrance with porch. The sitting room has a couch (with
full sofa bed), gas fireplace, and cable television with VCR. There
is a fully equipped kitchenette including stove and refrigerator. It
has incomparable views of the Green and Taconic Mountains as well as
the Battenkill River Valley.
- Rates: $110.00 to $250.00 per night,
based on single/double occupancy. Additional person (age 12 and
over) is $20.00 per night. Additional child (age 2 - 11) is $10.00
per night. Children under 2 are free. Porta-Cribs available for a
$10.00 set-up charge. Ask about weekly rates. Vermont state tax of
9% will be added. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Credit card deposits are charged at time of reservation. Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks are
accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation
notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival
for refund of deposit, less a $20.00 administrative fee. With less
than 10 days' notice, no refund regardless of cause.
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., or
special arrangement. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
- Restrictions: Smoking is permitted on
porches and grounds. No pets.
