• Accommodations: 14 rooms and suites, each with a private bath; 11 with a balcony or deck; and 7 with fireplaces, TV/DVD, and whirlpool tubs. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the inn.
• Rates: Rates shown are per room, per night for single/double occupancy. All rates include full country breakfast and dinner for two can be added for $85.00 for one day and $150.00 for two days. Midweek special rate for 3 to 4 night stays is discounted 20% (not available during holiday/foliage periods or quiet seasons). Rates are subject to 9% Vermont Rooms and Meals tax. Quiet season rates available. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit less a 10% service fee. Within the 14 days, deposit is non-refundable but can be used for a reservation which begins up to 6 months from original arrival date. Deposit for a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Restrictions: No pets. Cannot accommodate children younger than 12. No smoking.
• Breakfast: Full country, made to order, breakfast is included in all rate.
• Dinner: Modern American cuisine in a romantic, candlelight setting. Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. If booked with room, a four course dinner can be added to any reservation for $85.00.
