• Payment: Deposit is one night's stay. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and personal check accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a refund on deposit minus a $35.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within thirty (30) days of your arrival, or an early checkout, we will issue a voucher for the entire deposit amount to be used toward a future stay. Vouchers are valid for one (1) year from date of issue and do have restricted periods: Peak (Foliage, Middlebury Events / Graduations, Dunmore / Keewaydin Weekends, or holiday weekends).
• Restrictions: No smoking. Children over 12 welcome. We are pet friendly and accept well behaved dogs with a $35 fee per stay.
• Breakfast: Full.
• Lunch / Dinner: Dinner available Thursday through Saturday with reservation.
