- Rates: $83.00 - $105.00 (single) to $93.00 - $115.00
(double), per night. $10.00 per night for extra person. No charge
for children under 5. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Between November 1 and April 30, we are pleased to accept the
Canadian dollar at par (or the appropriate discount when a credit
card is used) on reservations made directly with the Inn by phone.

- Payment: Deposit is 1 night's stay or 50% of total stay,
whichever is greater. All major credit cards and checks accepted.
Group rates available.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received
at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to ensure refund of
deposit. With less notice, deposits will either be refunded if we
can rebook your room or held on your behalf for a future visit.
- Restrictions: Pets allowed upon request and discussion.

Store. Lots of antiques, crafts, and knick knacks.
- Directions: From Burlington: Route 89
North to exit 18. Turn right onto Route 7. Take first left onto
Route 104A and go to the end (approximately 4 miles). Turn right
onto Route 104 and go approximately 0.8 mile. Buck Hollow Road is
the first left after the Mobil station. We are 6.1 miles on the
right at the bottom of the hill.
From St. Albans: Take Route 36 (Fairfield St.)
to Fairfield. Turn right at the 4 corners just past the school onto
the South Road. Buck Hollow Road is 2.5 miles on the right. On the
corner is a small, old, one-room brick school house. Buck Hollow
Farm is the second house on the left (1.5 miles).
