Marinated Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

Chicken tenders

Fresh ginger

Fresh garlic

Orange juice

Molasses

Soy sauce

Ground cumin, to taste

Skewer chicken tenders and place in a flat food storage container. Roughly chop ginger and garlic and add to chicken. Add orange juice, molasses, and soy sauce to cover chicken. Let marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Remove skewers from marinade and sprinkle with ground cumin. Grill to cook.
