• Cancellation Policy: cancellation must be received 14 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date (30 days for Peak Season/Holiday reservations). Cancellations made without sufficient notice are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the room rate (or 10% of the room rate if we are able to rebook the room), or a gift certificate equal to the full room rate.

• Directions: From Washington and North: From I-66 West, take Exit 43 to Route 29 South (Gainesville), and proceed approximately 80 miles to Charlottesville. As you enter Charlottesville, follow signs for Route 250 West Bypass (to I 64 West towards Staunton). After approximately 4 miles, exit Route 250 onto I 64 West ("Staunton") Exit I 64 West at Exit 107 to Route 250 ("Crozet"). At the bottom of exit ramp, turn Left on to Route 250 West. Go approximately 4.6 miles, and turn Left onto Route 151 South (following signs to Wintergreen Ski Resort). After proceeding exactly 4 miles, look for our white and green sign on the right. Turn Right into our driveway and go straight to the parking lot.
  From Richmond and East: Take I 64 West to Exit 107 to Route 250 ("Crozet"). At the bottom of exit ramp, turn Left on to Route 250 West. Go approximately 4.6 miles, and turn Left onto Route 151 South (following signs to Wintergreen Ski Resort). After proceeding exactly 4 miles, look for our white and green sign on the right. Turn Right into our driveway and go straight to the parking lot.
  From I-81 and West: Take Exit 221 to I 64 East ("Charlottesville/Richmond") Proceed 12 miles, and take Exit 99 onto Route 250 ("Waynesboro/Afton") At the end of the exit ramp, turn Right onto 250 East. Go approximately 4 miles to the bottom of the mountain, and turn Right onto Route 151 South (following signs to Wintergreen Ski Resort). After proceeding exactly 4 miles, look for our white and green sign on the right. Turn Right into our driveway and go straight to the parking lot.
  From Lynchburg and South: Take Route 29 North through Amherst and past Lovingston. Approximately 6 miles north of Lovingston, turn left onto Route 6 West. Proceed 6 miles until you come to the "T" at Route 151 - Turn Right (North). Proceed on Route 151 North for approximately 5 miles. Our entrance (on the left) is just 200 yards past the Exxon station on the left. Turn left into the driveway and go straight to the parking lot.
