Oatmeal "Cookie" Muffins

These taste like "mom's old fashion oatmeal cookies"!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup very soft butter

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 egg

1 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon cloves

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup applesauce

1 cup quick dry or regular oats

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup raisins

Cream together the butter and the brown sugar. Mix the dry ingredients together, add to butter and sugar, mix in the applesauce, then the oats. Finally add the raisins and the pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Best served warm.
