If cancellation is received less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival, you may be responsible for the entire reservation amount if the room is not re-rented. No shows without a cancellation number will be charged for the full amount of the reservation during peak season A minimum $25.00 fee will be deducted on all cancellation refunds.
