• Cancellation Policy: Guest is responsible for 50% of all charges if reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If cancellation occurs or your stay is shortened, Beach Spa BnB will refund the 50% charge if the room is rebooked. A service charge of $25.00 will be applied to all cancellations.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets permitted. Parking is limited to one car per room. Overflow paid parking is available. Children welcome.
