There are eight cabins with one to five bedrooms and one to three baths depending on the cabin. Vacation rentals range from original log and mortar cabins to cozy chalets, to a large mountain hillside home. Giant oak trees, wild flowers, mountain laurel and the dense greenery of the forest surround the cabins. All cabins are located in Luray except for Alpine Meadows which is in Mount Jackson.

Nearby activities range from canoeing, tubing, kayaking, swimming and fishing in the South Fork of the Shenandoah River, to hiking and horseback riding in Shenandoah National Park. Enjoy Skyline Drive and the George Washington National Forest, wander through local antique stores and flea markets, and tour civil war battlefields. Awesome caverns and nearby vineyards are popular attractions. There is also guided fishing and hunting around Luray.
