Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients:

Whole wheat bread

Blueberry preserves

Cream cheese

3 eggs (for 2 people)

Vanilla

Powdered sugar

Cinnamon

Peanut oil

Slice bread thickly and toast. Slice down middle and fill with cream cheese and preserves.

Beat together eggs, a little vanilla, cinnamon, and powdered sugar. Dip stuffed bread in batter, the fry in hot oil in pan over medium heat for about a minute per side. After removing French toast from pan, pat with paper towels.
