• Payment: Deposit: Equal to one-night's lodging or 50% of your total reservation, to include taxes, which ever is greater.
• Cancellation Policy: A full refund, less a $15.00 fee, will be made when cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. However, if cancellation is for a university graduation, parents weekend reunion or special event, notification must be received no less than 30 days prior to the first day of the reservation. When a reservation is canceled or shortened on a shorter notice, regardless of reason, all deposits may be forfeited should we not be able to rebook the room(s) for the entire duration of the cancelled period.
• Restrictions: Well-managed dogs welcome in the James Clark Room, a first-floor room with direct outside access; please inquire in advance. Pet charge is an extra fee of $20.00 for the first night and $15.00 for subsequent nights. Well-managed children welcome. Smoking outdoors only.
