• Payment: Deposit is 1 night's stay or the package cost. Major credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit less a $50.00 administrative fee; the remaining balance of the advance deposit will be refunded within 15 days. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will forfeit your entire deposit.
• Check-in: after 3:00 p.m. Check-out: before 11:00 a.m. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are considered based on availability.
• Restrictions: No pets.

• Directions: From Points East (DC/MD/Metro area): Take 66 West to Route 29 South (at Gainesville). Proceed 10 miles on 29 South (be careful as you approach Warrenton as Route 29 South splits; stay to the left and do not follow 29 South Warrenton Business District!). Take first exit off the bypass, which is Route 643 Meetze Road. At the end of exit ramp, turn left. Proceed for 4.6 miles. Take a left on Route 616 (Casanova Road); stone sign says "Godfrey's Corner". Follow Casanova Road approximately 2 miles to Poplar Springs main entrance on the right.
  From Points North: Take 95 South to Route 495 towards Silver Spring to Route 66 West. Follow directions above.
  From Points South: Take 95 North to Route 17 West. Follow 17 West to Route 28. Turn right onto 28 North. Follow 28 North to Casanova Road. Turn left onto Casanova Road and follow entrance to Poplar Springs on the left.
  Points West: Take Interstate 81 to Interstate 66 East to Route 17 South and take bypass around Warrenton. Take third exit off the bypass, which is Route 643 Meetze Road. Follow directions from Meetze Road under "From Points East".
