• Accommodations: 10 guest rooms, 6 inside the lodge and 4 in the cabin, each with private bath. Rooms may also include Jacuzzi tubs, and private deck or porch. Wireless Internet available. The four cabin suites share a kitchen. Springtime Lullaby suite is handicapped accessible.
• Rates: Rates listed below are per night based on single / double occupancy and do not include taxes. An additional $25.00 will be charged for each additional person. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Check-in: Call innkeepers with arrival time. Check-out: 1 p.m.
• Payment: $50.00 deposit is required and applied to your room charge. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to schedule arrival date for return of deposit if reservation made well in advance. A 15 day notice is required for reservations made 30 days advance. Groups require a 30 day notice.
• Restrictions: Children welcome. Pets can be accommodated at $25.00 per day. All pets must be well trained and well behaved. A 25 foot by 30 foot outside dog run is available for use. There are also 4 large horse stalls available for larger dogs. Smoking allowed only in designated areas.
• Breakfast: Continental breakfast is served anytime in either the dining room or the dining tables set up in the Great Room.
• Special Events at Inn: Small weddings, small family reunions, and conferences.
• Attractions & Special Events: Art Galleries, Historical interests, Live Music, Movie Theater, Museum, Nature area, Nearby Music Festivals, Performing Theater, Picnic area, Vineyard, Winery, and Zoo. Rock and flower gardens on site.
• Directions: First exit south of Roanoke, Va. at Milepost 136 off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Exit Parkway onto Rt. 221, south toward Floyd (3 miles) and just before Copper Hill, left onto Route 647 (Deer Run Road), left on Parkway Drive, left on Mountain View Drive, go to top of Mountain.
