Cancellation notice must be received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid payment of 75% of the room rate. Credit cards will be charged with full payment for non-canceled reservations and reservations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival date. In case of an emergency cancellation, a gift certificate will be issued for a stay at another time. There is a $25.00 service charge for all cancellations.
