• Rates: Rates are based on single/double occupancy; each additional person is $35.00 per night. During holidays, weekend rate (May - Nov.) applies. Rates do not include 5% Virginia tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit is 50% of total bill for 2 or more nights or the full amount for 1-night stays, plus Virginia tax. Visa, MasterCard, checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. Please consider carefully the dates of your stay at The Grey Horse. The Inn is small so we must schedule carefully, and since last-minute cancellations affect us greatly, we will be unable to refund your deposit if we are notified less than 10 days before your scheduled arrival.
• Check-in: 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No smoking in the Inn (limited to the garden). Well-behaved children 13 and older are welcome. Dog friendly.
• Breakfast: Country gourmet breakfast.
• Lunch/Dinner: Available by special arrangement.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, conferences, and executive meetings.
• Recreation & Activities: Antiquing, biking, hiking, fishing, bird watching, equestrian events, canoeing, cross-country skiing, golf, horseback riding, and shopping.
• Attractions & Special Events: Wineries, Civil War battlefields, antique shops, gourmet/fine dining, Blue Ridge Mountains, Skyline Drive, Shenandoah River, national and state parks, vineyards, and arboretum. Great Meadow and Glenwood Park for steeplechase racing, polo, and other equestrian events including the Virginia Gold Cup and International Gold Cup.
