• Accommodations: 8 guest rooms in the main house, 2 on the first floor with private baths and private entrances and 6 on second floor with shared baths (2 rooms with shared baths can be combined to create a suite with private bath). Also a 1-bedroom cottage with full kitchen and pullout sofa in living area.
• Rates: Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Suite and cottage rates are for 4-person occupancy. Additional persons can be accommodated for a charge of $25.00 per person per night. Pet is $10.00 per night extra. Discounts available for extended stays. Rates do not include 5% VA sales tax and 5% Loudoun County occupancy tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A single night's stay deposit is required upon reservation, preferably by credit card although a personal check is acceptable. Final payment is due upon departure.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date for return of deposit. If notice is given less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is forfeited unless we are able to re-book the room(s) or you wish to apply it to a future stay. No-shows (cancellations without notice) will be charged the entire amount of the reserved stay.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. (earlier by prior arrangement). Check-out: 12:00 noon.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Dogs and cats can be accommodated for a fee of $10.00 per night by prior arrangement. Complete pet policy available on website. Responsible, supervised children 8 and older welcome in the main house; all ages welcome in the cottage. Smoking is permitted in limited areas outside only (not including the pool area).
• Breakfast: A full breakfast on weekends and continental breakfast on weekdays is included in your rates.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings of up to 200 people (several sites on the property), business meetings and retreats, family gatherings and reunions, and company picnics.
• Recreation & Activities: Swimming pool and hot tub on site. Public tennis courts, hiking, horseback riding, biking, and golf nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: Close to historic towns of Middleburg, Aldie, Leesburg, Waterford, and Manassas with many antique shops and fine dining. Wineries, Bull Run Mountains, Civil War battle sites, and outlet mall (Leesburg). 45 minutes to Washington D.C.
