• Accommodations: 6 rooms each with private bath, 2 rooms with shared bath. Each guest room is air conditioned, has wireless Internet access and amenities that include bottled water, hypo-allergenic glycerin soaps, shampoo, make-up remover cloths and trail mix snacks.

• Minimum stay: 2 nights for most weekends and 3 nights for most holidays and 5 nights for the annual pony swim.

• Payment: Deposit of one night or 50%, whichever is greater, is required to guarantee reservations and can be paid by credit card or check two weeks prior to reservation date..
• Check-In: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-Out:11:00 a.m.
• Cancellation Policy: Single or multiple room cancellations must be made by 12:00 noon 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less that 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit the deposit. Entire facility bookings must be guaranteed by payment in full 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Regretfully, there are no refunds due to weather or early departure. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. A $100.00 cancellation fee applies for special events.
• Restrictions: Children 10 and over are welcome. Younger children are welcome when the entire inn is reserved for one group. Smoking only in outside designated areas. No pets.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast featuring homemade muffins and robust coffee. Fresh baked goods are often available in the afternoons in the dining room.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, reunions and retreats.
• Recreation & Activities: Fun on the beach, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking, hiking, biking, bird watching, boating, artist galleries and antique shops.

• Directions: From Washington DC/Baltimore: Take 50 East across the Annapolis Bay Bridge. Follow Route 50 East and you will come to a split to which you need to stay to the left and follow the Route 50/13 signs. Continue on Route 13 South towards Norfolk, VA. Four miles after the Virginia State Line, turn left on Highway 175 East. You will continue along Highway 175, the causeway and over the Chincoteague Draw Bridge. At the traffic light, take a left onto Main Street. Approx. 1/8 mile on the right is the parking entrance to the Island Manor House. This entrance is immediately after the Methodist church sign.
  From Virginia Beach/Norfolk: Take I-64 East to Exit # 282, Northampton Blvd. (Route 13 North) to Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel cross to the Eastern Shore of Virginia and approximately 1 1/2 hours on Route 13, you will turn right onto Highway 175 East. You will continue along Highway 175, the causeway and over the Chincoteague Draw Bridge. At the traffic light, take a left onto Main Street.
