• Rates: $115.00 to $165.00, double occupancy ($10.00 for extra person), including full breakfast. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit is equal to one night's lodging. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to ensure refund of deposit. With less than 3 days' notice, you will be refunded if room is re-booked.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking indoors.
• Breakfast: Full country breakfast.

• Directions: The Inn is two miles south of Woodstock on U.S. Route 11 at Route 672 (Chapman Landing Road). Take the Woodstock exit (#283) off I-81 and follow U.S. 11. Turn left onto Chapman Landing Road just past the bridge over Narrow Passage Creek. 1-1/2 hour drive from Washington D.C., Charlottesville, and Lexington, VA.
