Creamy Tuna Delight
Easily doubled or quadrupled to serve my family of 10!
- Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- Milk
- 1 can (drained) tuna fish
- Bread
Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour, stir to a smooth consistency. Then, slowly add milk, stirring to eliminate lumps. Continue adding milk until sauce thickens. Add tuna. Allow to warm throughout. Ladle on top of toast. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serves: 4
