• Accommodations: 8 guest rooms and 1 cottage, each with a private bath, air conditioning, cable TV, wireless Internet access, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, which doubles as a night light, alarm clock radio, specialty toiletries, soft linens, triple sheets, and very comfortable beds. The cottage has a full kitchen and the Tuscan Suite has a kitchenette.
• Rates: rates shown are per night, based on double occupancy (one bed). Each additional person is $15.00 per night. Two bedroom suites can accommodate up to four people. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A deposit of $30.00 per room per night is required to hold the room, not to exceed first night stay. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive a refund can be given minus a $30.00 deposit, only if room is rented. If received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, guest pays full room rates. This is applied as a credit towards guest stay at a later date.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets, however a pet kennel is located across the street for a small fee. Please inquire regarding children under 12 years of age.
• Breakfast: Full, multi-course, gourmet breakfast.
• Special Events at Inn: Special packages available.
• Recreation & Activities: Dinner reservations, massages, hair appointments, manicures, pedicures, shopping, festivals, tours, outdoors, and more. Outdoor activities include hiking, fishing, swimming and boating nearby
