- Within 10 miles:
- Sanpete County offers some of the most beautiful scenery
and natural playlands in the United States. Visitors to this
area can enjoy all kinds of activities such as tennis,
swimming, fishing, golf, hunting, boating, water skiing,
camping, four-wheeling, and snowmobiling. Snow College
Swim/Recreation Center is open year around and there are
many roads to beautiful high mountain scenery.

Attractions and Special Events
- Mormon Miracle Pageant
- Located "kitty-corner" from the historic Manti
Temple. Built by early Utah pioneers. In June, the large
grassy Temple hill is the location of the Mormon Miracle
Pageant, drawing 15,000 to 25,000 people each night for 12
days.
- Scandinavian Days
- Scandinavian Days are held in Ephraim, 5 miles away,
during Memorial Day weekend.
- Scenic Skyline Drive
- Runs along the top of the Manti-La Sal National Forest,
just up the Manti Canyon.
- Historic Cove Fort
- Located 90 minutes away. Cove Fort was built by pioneers
as a protected stopping place for travelers, stage and mail
runs. It is fully restored with furnishings, a barn, and
bunk house.
- Brigham Young University
- Located 65 miles away.
