• Payment: At the time of reservation, a 30% deposit is due. Entire balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Visa, MasterCard, and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date for 50% refund of deposit. From 59 to 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 50% of payment is refunded. Within 45 days of scheduled arrival date, no refund is given. No refund for early departures or "no shows".
• Restrictions: No pets. All rooms are non-smoking.
• Breakfast: Full.
• Lunch/Dinner: Western fare in the dining area.
• Recommended Favorite Recipe: Mom's Taffy.
• Special Events at Ranch: Anything within reason. Conference facilities available.
• Recreation & Activities: Horseback riding (instruction available), arena activities, haywagon rides, archery, cattle drives, swimming, western dancing, lake and stream fishing, and exotic mountain trails.
• Attractions & Special Events: Bryce Canyon National Park (45 minutes), Zions National Park (2 hours), Capital Reef National Park (90 minutes), Anasazi Indian Village (90 minutes), Grand Canyon North Rim (3 hours), Las Vegas (4 hours), and Colorado River (4 hours).
