All accommodations have 20' LCD flat screen TV's with HBO, an ensuite private bath, hair dryer, clock radio with CD player, bathrobes, refrigerator, coffee service, phone/fax and computer access.
• Rates: Rates are per night, based on double occupancy. $30.00 plus tax charge for each additional adult. Extended-stay and discount packages available. Rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A 1-night deposit or 50% of the room charges, whichever is greater, is required, with balance due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid being charged 1 night's room charges or original deposit fee, whichever is greater. All cancelled reservations will be charged a minimum of $25.00 processing fee per room reserved. Gift certificates meeting the above will forfeit a minimum of 1 night's stay.
• Check-in: after 3:00 p.m. (late check-in by special arrangement). Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: Children age 16 or older are welcome. No smoking or open flames (smoking is permitted outside on the exterior porches only). Sorry, no pets (helping dog on site).
• Breakfast: Full gourmet with breakfast dessert.

  From San Antonio Airport: Take 281 South to IH-37 South. Exit at Durango and turn right. Take Durango to South Alamo and turn left. Go south on South Alamo and turn right on Beauregard Street.
  From Austin and Points North: Take IH-35 South to IH-37 South. Exit at Durango and turn right. Take Durango to South Alamo and turn left. Proceed south on Alamo Street to Beauregard Street and turn right.
