Brownies

This is probably my most requested recipe. Guests can't believe it's so easy. There is no butter or chocolate to melt and not much to measure.

Ingredients:

5 eggs

3 cups sugar

1-1/2 cups oil

1-3/4 cups flour

pinch salt

6 Tablespoons cocoa

3 teaspoons vanilla

4 cups walnuts

Beat eggs and sugar together until thick, frothy, and lemon-colored. Add oil, then add flour, salt, and cocoa. Then add vanilla and walnuts. Pour into 15 x 13-inch jelly roll pan sprayed with Baker's Choice cooking spray and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Note: There is no baking powder or baking soda in this recipe.
