• Accommodations: Guest rooms have king or queen beds, some have a fireplace and some have a Jetted bathtub, and/or balcony or patio. Rooms are booked by category and you are guaranteed that you will receive a room in the category selected or a higher category (as a complimentary upgrade) but cannot absolutely guarantee that you will receive the specific room selected. Please let us know if you have special needs that require a specific room.
• Rates: are $159.00 to $329.00 based single / double occupancy. Rates do not include, but are subject to all applicable taxes. For rooms that accommodate more than 2 guests, additional charges will apply. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Upon receiving your request (if room is available) your credit card will be charged the applicable deposit. All deposits include applicable taxes.
• Check-In: 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Prior arrangements MUST be made for earlier or later arrivals. Check-Out: by 11 a.m.
• Cancellations Policy: Cancellation or alteration of reservation results in forfeiture of deposit if notice is not received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date (30 - 90) days for holidays, multiple nights and rooms). Guests who fail to alter or cancel prior to 3:00 p.m. on scheduled arrival date for reservation (including no shows) will be charged the balance for full reserved stay. All refunds are subject to a $25.00 room processing fee (or 10% of deposit, if greater). Group reservations are considered multiple room reservations.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside. No pets. Children age 16 and older only in the Oge House, children age 13 and older in the Jackson House, Children of any age in the Carriage House.
• B&B Breakfast: Full breakfast served every morning in the dining room or on the veranda for guests of the Oge House and Jackson House.
• Carriage House Breakfast: Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen and dining area. A delicious expanded continental breakfast is provided daily in your suite's kitchen from which you can make your selections – sweet and/or savory pastries/breads, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, coffee and tea, milk and juice.
