  From Austin: Hwy 35 South to Watson Lane Exit. Take an immediate right off of access road onto Watson Lane West. Go 1-1/2 miles to intersection. Turn left. Go 1.2 miles. We are on the right.
  From Hwy. 46 (Boerne): to New Braunfels to the Loop (337) to Common Street intersection. Turn left at Rudy's BBQ and Johnny Carino's. Do not make any more turns until you arrive at the B&B about 5 miles on the left.
