• Accommodations: 5 rooms, each with private bath with clawfoot tub. One room in a separate building has a kitchen. All rooms are on the 2nd floor. A caboose guest house is coming soon.
• Rates: Rates are per night, based on double occupancy; add $15.00 for each additional guest in Conductor's Quarters. Corporate discounts available Sunday through Thursday. Rates do not include state and city taxes and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Advance deposit in the amount of 1 night's stay is required for reservations. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date for deposit to be credited to another visit or for a refund of deposit, less a $15.00 processing fee. When cancelling, be sure to get a cancellation number.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside (guests may smoke on the porches or in the yards). Prior arrangements can be made to accommodate children or pets in certain rooms.
• Breakfast: Full.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf, walking, biking, picnicking, fishing, swimming, and boating.
• Attractions & Special Events: Historical Main Street, Colorado River, Lake Bastrop, Bastrop State Park, Buescher State Park, Jim Long Railroad Park and Museum, Central Texas Museum of Automotive History, First Saturday Night on Old Smithville, antique stores, local restaurants, Annual Crawfish and Catfish Swing Festival, Annual Smithville Jamboree (first weekend after Easter), Fourth of July, Festival of Lights (December), Cavalier Dayes (March and April), and Huebel's Bar-B-Que Cookoff. Hope Floats was filmed in various locations in Smithville.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: The Back Door, Pockets Grill, Charlie's, Zimmerhanzel's, Rocky Hill Cafe, Huebel's, La Cabana, Deli Station, and Good Time Charlie's Pizza.
• Directions: Directions from Houston (115 miles): Travel west on IH-10 to Columbus, then go west on Highway 71 through LaGrange. Take first Smithville exit (Loop 230). Go through the three-color traffic light (only one!) at Main Street to the next street. Turn left on Ramona. Third house on right, 201 Ramona.
  Directions from Austin (43 miles): Travel east on Highway 71 to first Smithville exit (Loop 230). Two blocks after bridge, turn left on Loop into historic downtown district, then turn right on Ramona (fourth street). Third house on right, 201 Ramona.
  Directions from Dallas (200 miles): Travel south on IH-35 to Loop 363. North of Temple (milepost 304 on IH-35), go east and it turns into Highway 95. At Bastrop, it joins Highway 71. Follow directions from Austin above.
  Directions from San Antonio (100 miles): Travel north on IH-35 to San Marcos, take Highway 21 to Bastrop, then turn right on Highway 71 to first Smithville exit (Loop 230). Two blocks after bridge, turn left on Loop into historic downtown district, then turn right on Ramona (fourth street). Third house on right, 201 Ramona.
