• Accommodations: 6 rooms (including 2 cottages), each with queen beds and private bath; 3 have whirlpool tubs, and 1 has an outdoor hot tub. All rooms include the use of two designer robes, plush designer towels and an extensive line of the finest hand-made bath amenities.
• Rates: Rates are $199.00 - $249.00 per night, based on double occupancy. Extra person in room is $50.00 per night. Rates do not include 6% Hotel Tax and are subject to change without notice. Check Elm Creek website for actual rates, availability and reservations.

• Payment: Deposit is is 1 night's stay (25% of stay for groups). Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received by 6:00 p.m. at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged a 50% cancellation penalty. Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged for the entire reservation. In the case of all cancellations, expenses incurred for special arrangements will be charged. You are allowed six months to reschedule and use 50% of the forfeited penalty toward a future stay due to a late cancellation. Please inquire about cancellations of group reservations.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking (permitted on pool or patio provided it does not interfere with other guests). Children over 12 welcome.
• Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast included each day. Delivered to you or served in the dining room. Evening wine & hors d'oeuvres served in the library for guests
• Dinner: Gourmet dinners and dinner baskets an be arranged with at least 48 hours' advance notice.
• Special Events at Inn: New Year's packages, romance packages, gourmet cooking classes, weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and luncheons, private parties, teas, and Girl Scout/girls' groups outings.
• Recreation & Activities: On site: hammocks, fishing, bike riding, jogging/running, football, patchecca, pecan gathering, picking wild blackberries, swimming, sunbathing, slow walks on the estate or down the country lanes, relaxed picnics, massages, billiards, movies, badminton, hot tub/spa, kite flying, reading, and just relaxing. Nearby: golf, sight-seeing, wine tasting, shopping, and dining.
• Attractions & Special Events: Texas Motor Speedway, golf courses, Red River Motorcycle Trails, Prime Outlet Mall, Fischer's Market, Muenster Antique Mall, Germanfest (last full week of April), wineries, Winstar Casino, and Lake Texoma.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Doc's Bar and Grill, Luiggi's, and Center.
• Directions: From Dallas: Take I-35 North to Gainesville. At Gainesville, take the Wichita Falls exit and go west on US Highway 82. From there, continue 10 miles west on Highway 82. Look for the sign for FM 2739 on your right. Take FM 2739 to the right, going north for 2.2 miles. Elm Creek Farms is on the left just past the creek. Look for the 3-rail fence and the 3-story stone manor.
  From Oklahoma City: Take I-35 South to Gainesville and follow the instructions above from Gainesville.
  From Wichita Falls: Take US 287 for 17.7 miles and merge onto US-82 toward Henrietta/Gainesville; travel 52.5 miles to Muenster. From Muenster's red light, go 2.5 miles and take a right on FM 2739 North. Go 2.2 miles (across the creek) and look for Elm Creek Manor on your left.
