  • Tours: Tours are available daily and begin at 9:00 a.m. The last tour goes out at 5:00 p.m. There are no set times; tours go out as needed. Buckets of feed are available in the gift shop.

  • Payment: No deposit required. Credit card number is required when booking the cabin.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date (7 days if renting all 4 cabins) to avoid charge.
  • Restrictions: Children welcome. One dog or cat is allowed per cabin (must be kept on leash).
  • Recommended Favorite Recipe: Crawfish Cornbread.
  • Special Events at Zoo: Weddings, field trips, and birthday parties.
  • Recreation & Activities: On site: safari tours, petting zoo, swimming pool, hot tub, game room, and fishing lake ($2.50 per pound; fishing equipment and bait not available on site). Nearby: hiking and bird/wildlife watching.
  • Attractions & Special Events: LBJ Country (Lyndon B. Johnson's boyhood home, LBJ Ranch, and LBJ State and National Parks) and Texas Hill Country.
