• Payment: Deposit of 100% for 2 nights or less, holidays, and special event weekends. Deposit of 50% for stays of more than 2 nights. Reservations are held with your American Express, Visa, Discover, or MasterCard number. Credit card, travelers' checks, or cash accepted for payment.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund less a $35.00 service charge. If cancellation is made within 14 days of scheduled arrival date, party is responsible for full amount of reservation if room is not rebooked. Reservations of 10 days or more require 30 days notice.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Please call if checking in late). Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: Well mannered children of all ages welcome. Pets under 25 pounds accepted, with $20.00 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted by the fireplace in the garden only.
• Breakfast: No breakfast. Snacks, sodas, bottled water, and breakfast cereals provided.
• Recreation & Activities: Amusement rides, bird-watching, cycling, golf, and all sports associated with coastal waters, including pier fishing, charter fishing, and charter sailing.
• Attractions & Special Events: In the immediate area: The Hundred Million Dollar Boardwalk and Restaurant Row, an eclectic collection of specialty shops, quality art galleries, the Aquarium restaurant, amusement rides, dinner cruises, water taxis, a miniature railroad, migratory birds, and charter sailing and fishing.
  Easily accessible: Space Center Houston, Clearlake Chamber, San Jacinto Monument Park, Battleship Texas, IMAX, Moody Gardens, Texas City dike (longest man-made fishing pier), outdoor musicals, Seawolf Park, Gulf Greyhound Park, Armand Bayou Nature Center, Maas Nursery, Galveston beaches, and Galveston's Historical District and The Strand.

• Directions: From I-45 South take the Nasa Rd 1 Exit. Proceed East bound until you come to FM 146. Turn Right on FM 146 and proceed over the Kemah bridge. Take a Left at the first stop light at the bottom of the bridge. Turn Right on Harris go two blocks and turn Left on 8th Street. We are between Harris and Bradford on 8th Street. Check in at the office in the garden area.
