• Payment: A $25.00 deposit or a credit card guarantee holds your room. Payment accepted with credit card, check, or cash.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date for weekday (Sun-Thurs) reservations. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee.
  Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for weekend, holiday and holiday eve reservations. If notice is received less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged one full day rental at the rental rate of the room reserved.
  If a late cancellation is made for a multi night reservation, the first night will be charged. No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. We realize that situations arise at times that require a change or late cancellation of a reservation. We, of course sympathize, but because of the adverse impact to our small business, we must adhere to our cancellation policies.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 12:00 noon.
• Restrictions: Limited pet policy, considered on an individual basis. No smoking indoors.
• Breakfast: Full.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Buttermilk Pecan Waffles, ... Cherry Strata, ... Cherry Syrup, and Stuffed French Toast.
• Lunch and/or Dinner: Lunch and dinner available at restaurant in the Magnolia Inn.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, and conferences.
• Recreation & Activities: Canoeing, hiking, biking, golf, tennis, swimming, and horseback riding at Lake Ray Roberts Green Belt.
• Attractions & Special Events: Texas Woman's University, University of North Texas, and shopping on the square close by. Texas Motor Speedway, Tejas Storytellers Festival, Arts and Jazz Fest, Cinco de Mayo, Twilight Concerts in the Park, Blues Festival, and Holiday Lighting on the Square.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant is located on the first floor of the Magnolia Inn. We also recommend The Greenhouse, Trail Dust Steakhouse, and Cantina del Sol.
