Ingredients

1 Cup margarine

1 1/2 Cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

6 slices bread (Pepperidge Farm thick sliced French Toast is best)

Cream cheese - (honey nut is great)

8-9 eggs

Pinch salt

1 1/2 Cup milk (I use about half flavored creamer)

Chipped pecans

Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray. Add bread topped with light layer of cream cheese. In separate bowl, melt margarine & brown sugar. Set aside. Mix cinnamon, eggs, salt & milk & pour over bread. Top with brown sugar mixture. Sprinkle pecans over entire dish. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, uncover & bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cut into squares & dust with powdered sugar! Although it is very rich without it, you can serve with pecan maple or other syrup.
