• Payment: Deposit is 1 night's rate for daily or weekly rentals and 1 month's rate for extended stays. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. With less notice, there is no refund. A $10.00 service charge applies to all cancellations.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside. No pets. Children allowed.
• Breakfast: Continental breakfast with daily rentals only. Breakfast foods are left in kitchen for guests to prepare at their leisure when renting by the night.
• Special Events at Inn: Field trips and tours, bonfires, picnics, work/study groups, Pumpkin Patch in October, and the gift shop is open from October thru December.
• Recreation & Activities: On site: Christmas trees cut from mid-November to Christmas, biking, hiking, bird watching, and star gazing. Nearby lake activities: boating, swimming, fishing, sailing, and water skiing.
• Attractions & Special Events: Lake Belton, public parks, Salado, Austin (75 miles), Waco (35 miles), Killeen (35 miles), Ft. Hood, County Courthouse at Belton, and Santa Fe Railroad Museum (Temple).
