• Accommodations: 2 suites in the Frontier House and 2 rooms and loft in the Sentinel Log House. Refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee maker are provided in each bed and breakfast room, and barbecue facilities are available in the grounds. Bathrooms include spa quality organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap. Hair dryers are available on request. WiFi connection is available on the premises
• Rates: Rates shown are per night based on double occupancy. Additional person in room is $50.00 per night. Rates shown do not include tax. Different rates may apply for local events and for holidays. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in: 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. (Please call for early or late check-in) Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: Bookings made during Antique Fairs require a deposit in the amount of the first night's stay or 50% of entire stay, whichever is greater. Rooms will be held open until deposits are received and checks cleared through the bank. The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the commencement of each show to secure reservation. Balances remaining unpaid at this time will automatically cancel the reservation, and the deposit less a $100.00 bookkeeping fee will be returned.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a credit of your deposit to another visit within six months, or refund your deposit, less a $55.00 processing fee. For Antique Fair bookings, cancellations must be made at least six weeks prior to the start of the Fair for a refund of the deposit less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be given after this time.
• Restrictions: Children and pets welcome with prior arrangement. No smoking in rooms. No candles or open flames.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast. We are able to accommodate most dietary requirements. Please let us know if you have special needs.
• Special Events at Inn: Romantic weekend, honeymoon stay or family reunion, girls' getaway, anniversary or birthday celebration, and small corporate or group retreats.
• Recreation & Activities: Antiquing, festivals, fairs, museums, tours, art galleries, shopping, wine tasting, music, fine dining, theatre, and more.
• Attractions & Special Events: International Festival Institute, the Winedale Shakespeare Festival, the Sterling McCall Old Car Museum and the Civil War recreations at the historical Henkel Square Museum Village.
• Location: situated a short distance from Brenham, TX and only one and a half hours drive from Austin and Houston, and two hours drive from San Antonio and Waco.
• Directions: From the Round Top Town Square, take Highway 237 traveling south towards Warrenton and La Grange for one mile. Turn right onto Hartfield Road. Drive half a mile to 2250 Hartfield Road on the right. Check in at the yellow house.
