Ingredients:

1/3 cup butter, melted

1-1/4 pounds hash browns

1-1/2 cups chopped ham

2 cups eggs

1-1/2 cups shredded American cheese

Place hash browns in bottom of 9 x 13-inch ham. Pour butter on top. Sprinkle ham over hash browns. Pour beaten eggs over ham and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.

On top of ham, these could also be added: sliced mushrooms, sliced sweet pepper, pimiento, or chopped tomatoes.
