Lazy Oak Baked Granola

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten

1/4 cup sugar

4 Tablespoons melted butter

1-1/2 cups milk

3 cups granola (any kind)

2 cup frozen raspberries (or other fruit)

Note: This can me made with low-fat milk, egg substitute (such as Eggbeaters), and no butter for restricted diets.

Mix all ingredients except raspberries in large bowl. Fold raspberries in last. Pour into a 9-inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with maple syrup. Yummy!
