Asian Chicken Salad
- Thai Dressing: (makes 3 cups)
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 4 green onions - minced
- 1 bunch cilantro - minced
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
Marinate
chicken breast with Thai dressing for 4 hours and cook on
grill. |
