• Rates: $105.00 - $240.00 Room rates are based on double occupancy. Rooms rates are based on amenities, room size and views. Rates include a full gourmet breakfast at Back Inn Café, non-alcoholic beverages and early morning coffee service. Complimentary parking and wireless Internet access are provided. A charge of $20.00 is added for each additional person. Room rates do not include all applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: We ask that each reservation be guaranteed by a deposit equal to a minimum of one night's stay for weekdays and two night's stay for weekends, holidays and special events. We accept personal checks, traveler's checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
• Cancellation Policy: Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made at least eight (8) days prior to your scheduled arrival date, at which time the initial deposit, minus a $20.00 processing fee, will be refunded. Cancellations, regardless of the reason, made within seven (7) of your confirmed arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit.
• Check-in: Inn rooms are available for check-in at 3:00 p.m. When arriving at check-in, please proceed to the Maclellan House, located on East Second Street. Check-out: 12:00 noon. Chattanooga is on Eastern Standard time.
• Restrictions: Smoking, red wine, the burning of candles, and the scattering of rose petals are not permitted in the Inn. While we are unable to accept pets, we can provide information on local pet accommodations.
• Breakfast: Room rates include a full gourmet breakfast served from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, Sunday and holidays in the Audubon Room, our breakfast dining room located in the Maclellan House. Inn guests not able to attend an early breakfast may enjoy a continental breakfast at Rembrandt's Coffee House. A charge of $11.00 is added for breakfast guests joining our Inn guests.
