• Accommodations: 9 rooms, each with private bath, king bed, and whirlpool tub.
• Rates: $99.00 to $149.00 per night, double occupancy. Rates do not include sales tax and are subject to change without notice.
• Open: May through October.

• Payment: 50% of stay required as deposit. Balance due 48 hours prior to arrival - no refunds. Visa, MasterCard, travelers' checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 11 days prior to scheduled arrival date (not applicable during the Sturgis Rally) for refund of deposit, less a $35.00 handling fee per room. Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date will result in forfeit of deposit.
• Check-in: 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. (Please call for later arrival to avoid cancellation and loss of deposit.) No late check-ins after 9:00 p.m. (M.S.T.) (loss of first night stay- no refund or credit). Office closes at 9:00 p.m. (M.S.T.). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children 13 years and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Full country breakfast with evening snacks.
• Special Recommended Recipes: Better Than Sex Cake, ... Stuffed French Toast with Apricot Glaze, ...Farmer's Breakfast Casserole, and Cinnamon Sensation Coffee Cake.
