Cheesecake

Ingredients for Crust

1/3 box crushed graham crackers

1 stick melted butter

1/4 cup sugar

Ingredients for Filling

4 eggs

1-1/2 cups sour cream

2 large packages cream cheese

Juice from 1 whole lemon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almond extract

1/2 cup sugar

Crust: Combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a large bowl and blend. Press into a springform pan.

Filling: Cream the sugar and cream cheese. Fold in eggs. Add the sour cream and remaining ingredients.

Pour batter into springform pan and bake in 375-degree oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, set oven at 350 degrees and bake for about another 25 to 30 minutes until cheesecake rises and turns golden brown. Let cool at room temperature, and then refrigerate several hours before serving. Delicious served by itself or smothered in berries of your choice!
