• Accommodations: 4 rooms, each with private bath (see room photos and descriptions) and a 2-bedroom carriage house with kitchen (see carriage house photos).
• Rates: Rooms: $165.00 to $275.00, based on double occupancy ($25.00 per extra person). Carriage House: $300.00 per night (weekly and monthly rates available). Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Open: All year.

• Payment: Deposit is 1/2 of total stay. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a non-refundable $25.00 handling fee, per room per night.
• Restrictions: Pets allowed in Carriage House ($50.00 pet charge) only. Small-medium in size. Must be pre-approved. No smoking. Children welcome in Carriage House. Private home.
• Breakfast: Full buffet breakfast, continental.
