• Accommodations: 4 waterfront rooms, each with private bath; 3 have whirlpool tubs and 2 have fireplaces.
• Rates: $159.00 to $200.00 per night, single/double occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: February 12 through December 12.

• Payment: Deposit is half of total bill, payable with Visa or MasterCard.
• Cancellation Policy: Please notify us immediately if cancellation becomes necessary. Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure refund of the deposit, less a $35.00 service charge. With less notice, deposits will be forfeited. Failure to arrive is considered a cancellation. You will be charged for all dates reserved, so please, please confirm dates.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside the inn. No pets. Not equipped to accommodate children.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast served in the dining room or on the porch overlooking the harbor.
