• Payment: Deposit is 1 night's stay at the time of reservation by credit card. Visa, MasterCard, and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: If you find that you must cancel your reservation, cancellation notice must be received no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If you must cancel less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, there will be a $50.00 administrative fee plus the room rate for the duration of your stay. If you must depart your room earlier than your original departure date, you will be charged for the room unless we are able to rebook it.
• Check-in: Room guaranteed ready by 4:00 p.m. Hosted check-in available 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., with sherry served at 5:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier or later, instructions are available on the back porch.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Well-behaved children welcome.
• Breakfast: Full southern breakfast on Waterford crystal, sterling silver, and English porcelain.

• Directions: To reach the house from I-95, follow I-95 to the intersection with I-26. Take I-26 East all the way until it ends. Do not take the King Street exit. When I-26 ends, take the Meeting St./Visitor Center exit, which will put you southbound on Meeting Street. You will go through 14 or so traffic lights, the last being Broad Street. After you cross Broad Street, take your third right on Ladson Street. The Inn is the last house on the right. If there are no spaces in the driveway, you may briefly park on Ladson Street while you check in.
