• Payment: One night deposit of room and tax will be charged to your credit card upon booking. Deposit amount required for packages may be slightly higher. Balance of room payment due upon arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive refund of deposit. If cancellation is received less than 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date, guest is responsible for full reservation amount. All cancellations are charged a $25.00 processing fee.
• Restrictions: No pets (except those assisting persons with disabilities).
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. and after. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.
• Lunch/Dinner: Marlin’s Buffet Restaurant and Café on the Pier, as well as catered banquet dining.
• Special Events at Inn: 35,000 square foot conference center. Can accommodate just about any kind of function.
• Recreation & Activities: 2 lazy rivers, 6 pools, a fitness center, miniature golf, and Springmaid Pier.
