If cancellation notice is received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date and by 9:00 a.m. on scheduled arrival date, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged and a gift certificate for the remainder of the reserved stay will be sent.
• Restrictions: Children are welcome with prior arrangement. Pets are welcome with prior arrangements ($25.00 cleaning fee).

Take the first exit off the Newport Bridge called “Scenic Newport” & turn right. Take a left at the first light onto Van Zandt Ave - there are several four-way stop signs then Van Zandt intersects Broadway. Take a right onto Broadway – go four blocks.   From Providence / TF Green Airport: Take interstate 95 South to Route 4 South, which is a left exit. Take Route 4 South about 10 miles.
